Kim has been apart of the Cornerstone family since 2016 when she started as our Broker’s Assistant. Her knowledge and passion for real estate quickly grew and pushed her to get her license in 2018. Her hard work, charisma, and true love for real estate has helped Kim’s reputation as a qualified Realtor quickly rise. Kim is efficient in all faucets of the Real Estate business from purchasing your first home to selling your latest investment project. She is ready to help you with all of your real estate needs.

Kim was born and raised in Humboldt County and will forever call it “Home”. She spent the beginning of her adult life living in Texas while her husband was stationed there in the military. Her time away from our area gave her a unique perspective on all the amazing things Humboldt County has to offer. Kim and her husband bought their first home in our very own Fortuna where they plan to raise their future family and invest in more real estate properties. Kim has always been a very active member of our community. She is currently a member of the Fortuna Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, family coordinator for Santa’s Sleigh, and is very involved with youth sports including being head coach for Rio Dell Cheer. She is also a member of the Veterans Advocacy and Benefits Association. On her free time, she loves to travel, camp, and spend time with her husband and their two dogs.
